As the leaders in the Telco solutions domain, Axienta Ltd. marked another impressive milestone in their list of recent achievements. They were awarded silver for their market leading solution ‘Vantage Telco’ at the recently held National Best Quality Software Awards (NBQSA) 2015. In addition, they were nominated to represent Sri Lanka at the Asia Pacific ICT Awards (APICTA) 2015 competition under ‘E-Logistics and Supply Chain Management’.

Vantage Telco SFA is a solution specifically for the telco vertical and has a number of unique features including serialised inventory up to the salesman’s mobile device, support for bundled items and the integration of a comprehensive GIS module.

Telco SFA requires many integrations to the backend systems such as IN, number management, e-reload, voucher burn and also to ERP for order management. The extensive integration enables the most unique aspect of Telco SFA – its capability to report on tertiary sales (as opposed to simply secondary in a normal SFA).
